Digital ticketing offers the convenience of using your smartphone as your event ticket.

It provides access to the Kauffman Center with a unique QR code that can be scanned from your screen. If you need help accessing digital tickets for your event, please follow these instructions before visiting the Kauffman Center.

How to Access Digital Tickets

1. Visit mobile.kauffmancenter.org

Log in using the same email and password you use to log into tickets.kauffmancenter.org, or use passwordless authentication. This can only be done on a mobile phone using the email associated with your account.

For ease of access, bookmark the web address on your device, log in before you arrive at the Kauffman Center and select “Stay Logged In” when prompted.

For Kansas City Ballet tickets, please visit tickets.kcballet.org.
For Kansas City Symphony tickets, please visit wallet.kcsymphony.org.
For Lyric Opera of Kansas City tickets, please visit mobile.kcopera.org.

2. Open Your Mobile Wallet

Tickets are delivered to your mobile wallet immediately upon purchase. If ticket sharing is available, it can be done right away.

The ability to save tickets to your Apple Wallet is available without the QR code. However, because of the dynamic QR code, tickets cannot be added to your Google Wallet.

3. Scan Your Ticket at the Venue

The QR code will appear a few hours before doors open for the performance. Your barcode includes technology to protect it. Screenshots or printouts will not be accepted upon entry.

Quick Troubleshooting Tips

Open a browser (e.g., Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome) to view your mobile tickets.

If you have forgotten your login information, use the “Forgot Password?” link below the Log In button.
If you experience any issues with your QR code, refresh the page.
Make sure your phone’s browser is using light mode.
